I enjoyed the $3.50 special sandwich of the day. The couple ahead of me literally took 40 minutes to get four sandwiches. No kidding.Visit the Disney outlet store nearby to get good deals on souvenir junk.

I have been here before and had great service, but the past two times I’ve gone the services has been deplorable. The woman who served me was rude beyond measure. As she was ringing me up I said I would like a drink as well. She replied “well I didn’t know because you didn’t put it on the counter. We have many deals that don’t include a drink.†She sneezed onto the counter and did not cover her mouth or wipe the counter down. She very quickly threw my sandwich together to get back to whatever she was doing in the back. I definitely will be driving to the subway that is further away to avoid going here.

Terrible experience...the woman working there named Quila on 11/27/19 morning was absolutely rude. It was very obvious that she hates her job and does not want to be here...did not make the sandwich properly and was barely putting any content on the sandwich and claims the portions are set and if we put more we would be charged more. This is understandable but not when you are not even putting $5 worth of ingredients on the sandwich. Decided to show attitude while making the sandwich and throw the ingredients on the sandwich for the rest of the order. The management needs to hire more competent staff.

Please support local residents by visiting a corporate owned and managed store or restaurant. Franchise owners of name brand stores and restaurants ONLY pay their employees $8.25 per hour. Oppose to corporate which pays above $9.50+ per hour with annual bonuses and pay raises.As for this store. The guy at the counter looked overworked. He said he only got paid $8.25 to do everything all by himself. Franchise owner refuses to pay higher wage.

Russell was incredibly nice and clean and professional. However, his other coworkers on 1-19-20 smoked two black and milds then didn't wash his hands and started making food whilst keeping his airpods in rapping obnoxious non work appropriate lyrics. It was disgusting. I didn't eat there after I saw him.

The five star rating is for the efforts of the young man working behind the counter. Even though we were the only ones in line, he made just as much effort in making that one sandwich as if he had 20 people in line. You just don't see to many people give it 110% anymore. I only wish I caught his name so I could mention it.

Melvin and Miguel were the sandwich artists who made my sandwich. They were super friendly considering how busy the food court was. Miguel was patient enough to dice up my veggies just how I like it. Sandwich came out perfect and cookies were soft and fresh.

The lady that was making our food seemed insanely high. Service was very slow and mediocre at best. The ingredients looked like they had been sitting out over night. Not how I want to spend a lunch on vacation.

Horrible place to go!! The two black ladies were very rude and talking back to the customers!!! I asks for honey oats and she said "We don't have any more". I said yes you do, YOU just made it. She said, WELL, let me go check. Then she said, We only have one. Is she stupid, I can see the baked bread through the glass. The one with the bright fake red hair was counting her personal money, while there was a long line (Still on the clock). The only one that was doing all the work and helping customers was the Hispanic lady (Well, she looked Hispanic, she could have been white) she was very nice and friendly. Even though she was doing all the work by herself, she was smiling and taking care of the customers. If I was her, I would have quit!
